The following procedures are designed to help insure your child’s safety on the Saratoga School buses. They are based on CCSD#2 Board Regulation JFCC-R and our experiences with student transportation.

Your support in their execution is appreciated.

1. Seats will be assigned by the principal and/or the driver when necessary.
2. Students will remain seated while the bus is in motion. 
3. Students will not stand in the roadway while waiting for the bus.
4. Students will not extend hands, arms or legs out of the window.
5. Students will not damage the bus and the same will be treated as vandalism.
6. The use of loud, profane or vulger language is prohibited.
7. Students will be courteous.
8. Passengers on the bus are not to visit with the bus driver.
9. The bus will not be littered.
10. Students will not leave the bus without the driver’s consent.
11. Students will cross roads only by the driver’s consent in front of the bus.
12. Eating, drinking, and gum chewing are not allowed on the bus.
13. Violation of the rules will cause loss of riding privileges.
