Immunizations

Protocols

  • When do Students Go/Stay Home?
    • Temperature of 100.0 F or greater or sense of having a fever
    • Cough (either new or different than usual)
    • Shortness of breath with normal activity or difficulty breathing
    • Chills / Unusual muscle aches and pain
    • Severe headache
    • Sore throat / Congestion / Runny nose (not related to seasonal allergies)
    • New loss of taste or smell
    • Nausea / Vomiting / Diarrhea
    • Illness / Allergy Symptom Chart
  • Guidelines for Safe Re-Entry to School Following Illness
  • Individual Health Care Plan
    Other Suggestions
    • Frequent hand washing of all staff and students
      • i.e. after use of bathroom, before and after eating, blowing nose, sneezing, coughing, after contact with high touch surfaces or whenever your hands are or feel dirty
    • Frequent sanitation of high touch surfaces. At least 2 times / day.
    • Immune Support
      • Eat well
      • Get rest
      • Drink lots of water
      • Take Vitamin C and supplements of your choice

Personal Information

  • I enjoy being outdoors as much as possible when I am not working at a school. I enjoy hunting, fishing, camping, and anything else I can do outdoors.
  • I am a past athlete, so I still enjoy partaking in athletic events and lifting weights at the gym. Recently, I tried to pick up the game of golf to learn a new game. Although I will never be the next Tiger Woods, I have enjoyed the challenges that the game of golf presents, and look forward to the coming season for that.
